Life in education is a balancing act. You have to work to make it all work. You have to balance a multitude of things in education. You also have to balance work and personal life. That's what this blog is all about. I'm a passionate literacy educational leader who enjoys empowering teachers to be change agents in their classrooms. My experience is in secondary education - I taught high school and work with middle and high school teachers at all levels.

 

My favorite part of my job is working with teachers either during training sessions, professional learning communities, or during one-on-one professional coaching. I believe arming teachers with research based practices gives them the confidence to tackle the education of all students. And all students deserve a quality education. I hope that through my work, teachers will bring their best to the classroom and effectively change the lives of the students in their classrooms.
